Last month’s Newsletter featured a Bloomberg article about the availability – or lack thereof – of warehouse space at or near gateway ports across the country. Warehouses are at capacity, vacancies have dropped to near zero, and rents have skyrocketed – all adding to the challenges of getting much-sought-after cargo off vessels and onto trucks for delivery to its final destination.
